Armando Ayala Cisneros is being recognized as our Superstar of the Month for January for recently going above and beyond to help a stranded driver during a recent winter storm.

Armando was leading a sidewalk crew at a retirement community when a driver of a small car slid off the road and into a wood line. Armando and his team jumped into action to help the young woman back on the road and ensured her safe return to her dormitory at a local university.
