Ismar has been a valued member of C. Caramanico & Sons, Inc. since March 2011. He began his journey with us as a Crew Member in the Landscape Maintenance Department, was later promoted to Crew Leader, and now excels as an Operations Manager overseeing the production and quality of five crews within the department. Ismar is a fast learner with a positive, “can-do” attitude. His fellow managers nominated him for his proactive approach to managing snow operations and his thorough planning for the upcoming landscape season.
