Juan has been a “Swiss army knife” for our team performing many roles in the recent winter weather that has impacted the Philadelphia region. Juan has been asked to fill in as a sidewalk team member, then lead a sidewalk crew, and then fill in as a salt truck operator. Juan’s versatility and dedication have made a significant impact on the team. Since joining our team in 2022, Juan has been an active and engaged member of all company sponsored training events always eager to advance his skillset and grow his career.
