C. Caramanico & Sons, Inc. held our snow and ice management training session this week. This session covered best practices, safety protocols, and industry techniques, to enhance our skills for winter challenges and build teamwork.
We focused on the importance of thorough preparation and communication to ensure smooth operations during inclement weather. Our team engaged in hands-on activities, simulating real-life scenarios to better understand equipment handling and emergency response.
