Humberto has been a reliable, hard-working team member in our maintenance department since 2017. He is a great listener who always implements the training, safety protocol, and operational procedures that we institute at C. Caramanico & Sons, Inc. As a seasoned team member, it has been a pleasure to watch Humberto share those best practices with newer team members. Humberto is constantly Leading by Example with his positive attitude, friendly smile, and always being to work 30 minutes early for work in full uniform!
