2023 Highlights
Caramanico Year End Highlight Review
- We started a monthly perfect attendance bonus program. We awarded over $7,000 this season. #3 FIND A WAY
- We continued our referral bonus program – that program paid over $25,000 this season. #17 BE A BRAND AMBASSADOR
- We increased our total employee count to 125 employees in season.
- We estimate that C. Caramanico & Sons, Inc. affects approximately 480 lives. Those lives rely on C. Caramanico & Sons, Inc. for food and shelter; that responsibility is one that I do not take lightly. #5 “BRING IT” EVERY DAY
- We had 1000 instructional hours of tailgate talks sharing best practices. #1 THINK SAFE. WORK SAFE.
- We had 480 learning hours of CLEAR Training in the classroom to help grow skills and leadership. #12 WORK ON YOURSELF
- Our safety committee spent 96 hours collaborating on ways to make us safer and more efficient. #29 FIX THE PROBLEM- NOT THE BLAME
- We gathered our entire team together for over 1200 hours for 3 Rodeo Training Events. #19 FOLLOW THE OPERATING PROCEDURES
- We supplied 125 turkeys to families. #16 SHOW MEANINGFUL APPRECIATION
- We now have 11 husband and wife combos in our organization. #24 ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT WE’RE A FAMILY
- We are leveraging new technology – Property Intel to outsource aerial measuring so we can turn around maintenance proposals faster. #30 WORK SMART
- 8 team members studied and obtained a Pennsylvania Driver License. #12 WORK ON YOURSELF
- We added 8 new certified pesticide applicator licenses.
- We shared over 2200 photos & 582 videos of our awesome work on WhatsApp. #21 MAKE QUALITY PERSONAL
- We attended 4 industry conferences and tradeshows with the ideas of #22 STRIVE FOR BETTER and #25 EMBRACE CHANGE.
